Yes. Members can update personal, contact, bank, and next-of-kin details from their profile page. Critical fields such as role assignments remain controlled by administrators.
Administrators can assign roles such as President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, and Member. Each role determines the user access and responsibilities within the cooperative.
Savings contributions are recorded by administrators. Once approved, the member balance updates and a timestamped transaction entry is added to the member statement.
Open the Withdrawals section, enter the amount and bank details, then submit the request. An administrator reviews the request and the member is notified of the outcome.
Administrators can run interest and dividend processing from the admin dashboard. The system calculates eligible amounts, updates balances, and creates transaction records for transparency.
Open the Loans section, choose Apply for Loan, enter the requested amount, select guarantors where required, and submit. The system estimates repayments before admin review.
After guarantor approval, the application moves to the admin approval queue. An administrator reviews the request, savings history, and liabilities before approving or rejecting the loan.
